To spread the festive spirit, OPPO provided the children’s home with essential items and a monetary donation worth RM 10,000.00, of which part of the profits from the OPPO F7 x Neelofa edition contributed to this amount.
Adding to the good news, Elfira Loy, a famous Malaysian singer and actress was also present as a special guest to spend time with the children.
To amplify the spirit of Ramadan, OPPO Malaysia prepared fun activities and a ‘buka puasa’ session at the children’s home.
The evening merriments began with Elfira Loy playing a few interactive games, joining the children in sand art coloring, and followed by a performance from Ollie, the OPPO mascot.
“During the festive season such as Ramadan, we believe it is important to engage with the community and to give back whenever we can. It is such a rewarding experience to brighten up the children’s day.
We are delighted that we were able to bring smiles on their faces. We are also pleased to be able to make this donation and believe our contribution will help the guardians to provide for the children with more ease,” – Mr. William Fang, CEO of OPPO Malaysia.
It aims to helps improve and restore the living quality of dwellers, so they can be independent on their own feet. It currently houses 95 children and 25 single mothers, OKU and senior citizen combined.
