This October, the Curve in Petaling Jaya transforms into a radiant haven of colour, joy, and unity as it celebrates Deepavali 2025 with its dazzling campaign — “Luminous Deepavali: Blessings in Every Bloom, Light in Every Corner.”
Running from 3 to 20 October 2025, this festive celebration captures the essence of the Festival of Lights, where beauty, togetherness, and good triumph over darkness.
“Deepavali is a time of light, joy, and renewal that celebrates the triumph of good over evil,” said Ms. Elaine Liew, General Manager of the Curve.
“At the Curve, we want to bring that spirit alive through vibrant decorations, meaningful initiatives, and shared experiences that unite families and communities.”
A Dazzling Display of Lights and Culture
Stepping into the Curve’s Centre Court, visitors will be greeted by a mesmerizing sight — radiant orange arches adorned with Indian-inspired motifs and glowing lanterns, leading to a magnificent giant diya centerpiece.
Surrounding it is a vibrant kolam, intricate floral arrangements, and elegant peacock displays, all illuminated under a canopy of paper fans and tassels.
The décor embodies the spirit of Deepavali — beauty, light, and blessings in every corner. To complement the setting, shoppers can explore the Saravedi Bazaar, where local vendors offer festive delicacies, sarees, accessories, and home décor.
The bazaar not only enhances the festive shopping experience but also supports local SMEs and artisans — a testament to the Curve’s dedication to uplifting the community.
Spreading Light Beyond the Mall
In the true spirit of Deepavali, the Curve is extending its celebration beyond shopping and décor through a meaningful CSR initiative. Partnering with SKJT Ladang Edinburgh, the mall will help refurbish the school’s reading facilities by creating a welcoming mini library and reading corner.
The project includes repainting walls and providing new bookshelves, tables, and chairs — all designed to inspire young learners and nurture a love for reading.
