Advancecon Holdings Berhad (前进控股有限公司) (“Advancecon” or “the Group”) (Bursa: 5281), an established provider of earthworks and civil engineering services in Malaysia, today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Advancecon Infra Sdn. Bhd. (“AISB”), has accepted two Letters of Acceptance (“LOAs”) from Sime Darby Property (Bukit Raja) Sdn. Bhd. for the execution of earthworks and other related works at Bandar Bukit Raja 2, located in Kapar, Klang, Selangor.
The contracts carry a combined total value of RM25.1 million and will span a contract period of 20 months, commencing from 6 November 2025 to 5 July 2027.
Bandar Bukit Raja is one of Sime Darby Property’s flagship townships and one of the largest integrated developments in the Klang district.
Envisioned as a vibrant, sustainable community combining residential, commercial, and industrial components, the township has become a catalyst for growth within the central corridor of Selangor. The new phase, Bandar Bukit Raja 2, extends this development footprint, further strengthening the township’s position in Greater Klang Valley.
This latest contract win highlights Advancecon’s strong working relationship with Sime Darby Property and reaffirms the Group’s reputation as a trusted infrastructure partner to Malaysia’s leading developers.
The award also reinforces Advancecon’s continued expansion within Selangor, one of the nation’s most dynamic property markets.
