Call of Duty®: Mobile – Garena is closing the year with a massive celebration as Season 11: 6th Anniversary officially launches on 11 December 2025 at 8AM GMT+8. This milestone update marks the conclusion of a multi-season run with one of the biggest gameplay expansions players have seen all year.
From the new DMZ: Recon extraction mode to a highly anticipated collaboration with Street Fighter 6, this season is packed with fresh content, rewards, and community-driven action across the region.
Season 11 not only refreshes core gameplay but also brings together CODM players from Singapore, Malaysia, and beyond for a jam-packed anniversary celebration. Alongside its new modes, fans can expect limited-time events, unlockable rewards, and festive Battle Pass content to round off an exciting year for the franchise.
DMZ: Recon — CODM’s New Extraction-Based Experience
The largest highlight of Season 11 is the introduction of the DMZ: Recon extraction mode, officially establishing itself as the third major mode in Call of Duty: Mobile — alongside Multiplayer and Battle Royale.
In DMZ: Recon, squads of three deploy into one of two maps—Serpent Island and Building 21—and engage in high-stakes PvPvE combat. The objective is clear: drop in, complete Contracts, gather valuable loot, fight AI and real players, and extract before time runs out.
Serpent Island offers a large, multi-biome environment featuring:
- A dense urban center
- A massive freighter
- Ancient rooftops and multi-level combat zones
Its variety supports snipers, close-combat players, and objective-focused squads.
Meanwhile, Building 21 is a compact, three-floor indoor combat arena featuring garages, labs, restaurants, and office spaces. Designed for intense firefights and rapid movement, it offers a dense PvPvE challenge that rewards smart rotations and quick decision-making.
As an extraction mode, progression in DMZ: Recon is tied to your success. Extracting with better gear gives players long-term advantages, while completing Contracts like Bounty Squad and Most Wanted grants gear, resources, and Perks. The mode also features 20+ new Weapon Camos, earned through DMZ-specific challenges.
Street Fighter 6 Enters the Arena
Season 11 becomes even more explosive with a major Street Fighter 6 collaboration, bringing iconic moves and abilities from the legendary fighting game into CODM.
Multiplayer Mode: Shoryu & Hadoken
This limited-time mode transforms combat into a chaotic brawler-style showdown. Players gain access to:
- Hadoken
- Shinku Hadoken
- Shoryuken
- Shun Goku Satsu
Combat builds a rage meter that allows players to transform into iconic fighters such as Hidora Kai — Ryu or Shigenori — Akuma, turning the battlefield into an arcade-style brawl.
Battle Royale Mode: Street Royale
Across Isolated, players can find special interactable points featuring:
- Hidora Kai — Ryu
- Shigenori — Akuma
- Shadowfall — Chun-Li
- Fiona St. George — Cammy
Interacting with these holograms grants signature attacks like Spinning Bird Kick and Spiral Arrow, usable for the entire BR match.
This collaboration introduces a fun, nostalgic twist that merges CODM’s combat with Capcom’s iconic fighting mechanics.
6th Anniversary Events: Rewards, Skins & Battle Pass Highlights
The 6th Anniversary celebration also brings two major event lines where players can unlock exclusive rewards, including the Vargo-S — Spectral Sixth, a special 6th Anniversary Calling Card, and weapons charms.
