MN Holdings Berhad (“MN Holdings” or the “Group”), a leading infrastructure utilities construction and engineering solutions specialist in Malaysia, is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, MN Power Transmission Sdn. Bhd. (“MNPTSB”), has secured two contracts valued at RM125.40 million and RM120.00 million respectively, bringing the total combined contract value to RM245.40 million, for the construction of 2 separate consumer landing stations (“CLS”) facilities for 2 data centers in the Southern Region of Peninsular Malaysia.
The contracts involve the construction, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of CLS infrastructure across separate data center developments. Both projects involved construction of 275 kilovolt (“kV”) CLS, underscoring the Group’s capability in delivering high-voltage power infrastructure to support large-scale data center operations.
Both projects are scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2026 and are expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2026, in line with the respective project timelines.
These contract wins reflect MN Holdings’ continued participation in Malaysia’s expanding data center sector, particularly in the Southern Region of Peninsular Malaysia, which is seeing sustained investments in digital infrastructure. The awards further demonstrate the Group’s technical expertise in delivering essential power infrastructure solutions for high-value developments.
In addition to the above, the Group has also secured two solar-related contracts and two substations extension works contracts from Tenaga Nasional Berhad over the past month, with a total contract value of approximately RM39.80 million and RM26.58 million respectively.
These projects involve engineering, procurement, construction and commission of the solar interconnection facilities, and supply, installation and commissioning of new extension works across Malaysia, further expanding MN Holdings’ involvement in renewable energy and power infrastructure.
Datuk Dang Siong Diang, Executive Director of MN Holdings Berhad said,
“The award of these contracts reflects our continued involvement in data center-related infrastructure works, particularly within the Southern Region where demand remains supported by ongoing investments.
Aside the contracts from data center-related clients, we also continue participating in the renewable energy and power infrastructure works. All these projects demonstrate our capability in delivering critical power infrastructure, including high-voltage systems, in accordance with project requirements.
As demand for both digital and energy infrastructure continues to grow, we are seeing broader opportunities across multiple segments, including renewable energy. Leveraging our experience and track record, we remain focused on executing our projects efficiently while positioning ourselves for further participation across these areas.”
The contracts are expected to contribute positively to the Group’s earnings over the duration of the projects.
