ES Sunlogy Berhad (“ES Sunlogy” or the “Company”), an established provider of mechanical and electrical (“M&E”) engineering services as well as generation and sale of renewable energy, today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Savelite Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (“Savelite”), has accepted a Letter of Award (“LOA”) from China State Construction Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“CSCEM”) for a sub-contract valued at RM107.5 million.
The project involves the supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation (“ACMV”) works, smoke control systems, electrical systems and extra low voltage cable support systems (“ELV”) for a proposed medium industrial development located at PTD 209835 & PTD 209836, Mukim Tebrau, Johor.
The project is scheduled to commence from 18 February 2026 and is expected to be completed by 30 November 2026, contributing positively to the Company’s earnings over the duration of the contract.
This contract award reflects ES Sunlogy’s continued ability to secure sizeable projects within its core M&E engineering segment, particularly in industrial developments. It also reinforces the Company’s technical capabilities in delivering integrated engineering solutions across ACMV, electrical and ELV systems for large-scale projects.
