In a significant step towards advancing Malaysia’s digital landscape, YTL AI Labs has partnered with MyDigital ID to enable secure access to ILMUchat, the country’s homegrown AI chatbot.
The collaboration was formalised through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during the “MyDigital ID: Powering Trusted Digital Access Across Malaysia’s Digital Ecosystem” forum in Kuala Lumpur.
This initiative reflects a growing focus on building a trusted, unified digital infrastructure that supports both innovation and user security.
Seamless and Secure User Experience
With this integration, Malaysians can now log into ILMUchat using MyDigital ID, eliminating the need to create separate credentials. The Single Sign-On (SSO) feature offers a smoother, more convenient user experience while maintaining high security standards.
MyDigital ID, supervised by the Prime Minister’s Department and monitored by the National Cyber Security Agency, connects directly to government databases without storing personal data. This ensures that users can verify their identity securely while protecting sensitive information.
