Available in two case sizes: 48 mm and 44 mm, the smartwatch is designed to withstand the harshest environments. It remains functional even in temperatures as low as -30°C, making it a reliable companion for winter expeditions.
One standout addition is the dual-colour LED flashlight. It includes multiple modes such as boost mode for extra brightness, a red light for night visibility, SOS flash, and safety alerts — making it invaluable for outdoor emergencies.

The smartwatch comes with a vibrant AMOLED display — 1.5″ for the 48 mm model and 1.32″ for the 44 mm. With up to 3000 nits peak brightness, the screen remains visible even under strong sunlight.
Equipped with a built-in speaker and microphone, the T-Rex 3 Pro supports Bluetooth calling and voice interaction via Zepp Flow™, letting users stay connected without reaching for their phone.
Smarter Navigation with GPS & Offline Maps
Navigation is one of the strongest features of the T-Rex 3 Pro. It supports dual-band GPS and six satellite systems, ensuring accurate location tracking even in dense forests or mountain trails.
The upgraded offline mapping system provides turn-by-turn directions, intelligent rerouting, custom route creation, and points of interest search. Skiers will also appreciate the built-in ski maps, offering slope data, resort info, and lift locations.
Adventure creator Ammar Salehan praised the flashlight feature and GPS accuracy, while tech content creator Afendi Othman highlighted the detailed offline maps and route planning functions, calling it an essential tool for trail runners.
Training, Competition & Recovery in One Device
With over 180 sport modes, the T-Rex 3 Pro is built for more than just running. It supports trail running, recreational scuba diving, strength training with automatic rep detection, HYROX race modes, and much more.
Its BioCharge™ energy monitoring system provides a daily dynamic score based on workout intensity, recovery, and stress levels. This allows athletes to train smarter, recover faster, and avoid overtraining.
Battery life is equally impressive — up to 25 days on the 48 mm version and 17 days on the 44 mm model. Perfect for long expeditions, ultramarathons, or extended outdoor trips without frequent charging.

Beyond being a standalone smartwatch, the T-Rex 3 Pro integrates with Amazfit’s performance ecosystem. It pairs with tools like the Helio Strap and Helio Ring, while syncing health, fitness, and sleep data through the Zepp App.
