This Lunar New Year, LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort is inviting families to celebrate in the most creative way possible — brick by brick.
From 22 January to 22 February 2026, the Resort transforms into a colourful festive wonderland inspired by the theme “Garden of Prosperity”, bringing together Lunar New Year traditions, interactive play, and LEGO magic for a month-long celebration.
Located in Iskandar Puteri, the Resort is decked out with glowing red lanterns, blooming cherry blossoms, and vibrant LEGO installations that set the tone for a joyful start to the Year of the Horse.
At the centre of it all stands a stunning 2.4-metre LEGO® Horse centrepiece, symbolising strength, renewal, and good fortune.
Inspired by the LEGO 40779 Year of the Horse Chinese Zodiac Limited Edition set, the majestic brick-built Horse carries an auspicious scroll of blessings, making it a must-snap photo spot for families and LEGO fans.
Build Your Luck, Brick by Brick
The heart of the celebration lies in its interactive, hands-on experiences. Guests can collect an activity card and embark on a creative adventure around the park, completing fun challenges to unlock the magic of the Garden of Prosperity.
Festive LEGO activities include Build-A-Horse, where young builders create their own symbol of courage and prosperity. At the LEGO Orange Tree Making station, guests can build a prosperity tree filled with happiness and good fortune to take home. Culture meets creativity at the LEGO Chinese Calligraphy Mural, showcasing brick-built artistry inspired by traditional calligraphy.
Fan favourites also return, including Minifigure Trading, while the LEGO Horse Post & Win activity gives visitors a chance to snap a photo with the centrepiece for weekly prize opportunities.
Spring Festival Spectacular
The festivities reach their peak from 17 to 22 February 2026 with the Spring Festival Spectacular, a lively showcase of traditional performances infused with LEGO flair.
Guests can enjoy Lion Dance Blessings, Dragon Dance performances, and thrilling acrobatic high pole acts. Cultural highlights continue with Chinese face-changing acts, ancient drum shows, oriental live music, and stilts walker performances.
Daily live stage shows such as Brick of Prosperity, Lunar Beats Spectacular, and Finale of Fortune bring music, colour, and interactive storytelling to the celebration, reinforcing themes of unity, joy, and new beginnings.
Fortune Fest Rewards
Good fortune also comes with exciting rewards. During Fortune Fest from 17 to 22 February, guests who spend RM188 or more in a single receipt at participating retail or F&B outlets can stand a chance to win LEGO sets worth up to RM800.
With total prizes valued at RM10,000, the celebration adds an extra layer of excitement for families.
