Systech Appoints Mr. Vincent Nee as Group CEO

Systech Bhd (“Systech”), a deep-rooted digital corporate solutions provider, today announced the appointment of Mr. Vincent Nee Aik Chiang as its new Group Chief Executive Officer (“Group CEO”), effective 21 October 2025.

Mr. Vincent brings with him over 15 years of entrepreneurial and leadership experience, having successfully founded and expanded the Vince Group of Companies, a diversified enterprise with interests in property development, marketing, financing, education, construction, and technology.

His deep understanding of digital transformation, coupled with a proven track record in strategic execution, positions him well to lead Systech’s next chapter of growth.

The appointment marks a strategic milestone for Systech as the Group continues to evolve from a pioneer in e-business solutions and cybersecurity into a key enabler of Malaysia’s digital economy including AI-powered data centres, cloud platforms, and enterprise-grade digital infrastructure.
