Systech Signs Collaboration Agreement with MYX Ventures

Systech Bhd. (“Systech”), a Malaysian digital technology company with core offerings in AI-powered enterprise platforms and digital transformation solutions, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Systech Digital Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (“Systech Digital”), has entered into a collaboration agreement with MYX Ventures Sdn. Bhd. (“MYX”) to strengthen structured innovation, solution integration, and scalable deployment of digital solutions for corporate and public sector clients in Malaysia and selected regional markets.

Under the collaboration, Systech Digital will serve as a preferred systems integration partner for selected MYX-led initiatives, providing end-to-end solution architecture, integration design, implementation services, technical advisory, and project management. The collaboration is intended to support the deployment of digital solutions across various stages, from pilot and proof-of-concept to minimum viable product and full-scale implementation.

MYX, meanwhile, will focus on sourcing and structuring problem statements from corporates, government agencies, and ecosystem partners, while leveraging its open innovation platform to manage submissions, evaluations, and solution matching.

Together, both parties aim to co-develop and present integrated digital solutions to corporates, government-linked companies, public listed companies, and government agencies, while also exploring regional opportunities.

The collaboration also seeks to support the participation and growth of Malaysia Digital (“MD”) companies by enabling them to contribute specialised solutions within curated opportunities, while positioning Systech Digital as the integration layer that can aggregate and deploy multiple technologies into unified, enterprise-ready systems.

Through this structured approach, the parties aim to accelerate technology adoption, create stronger pathways for innovation commercialisation, and contribute to Malaysia’s broader digital ecosystem.

The collaboration also comes at a timely juncture for Systech as the Company strengthens its leadership bench, with Dr Low Min Yew assuming the role of Managing Director. His appointment is expected to support the Group’s next phase of growth by sharpening execution, deepening strategic partnerships, and enhancing Systech’s ability to capture larger digital transformation and systems integration opportunities.

Dr Low Min Yew, Managing Director of Systech Bhd., said,

“This collaboration reflects our strategy of strengthening Systech’s role as an enabler of enterprise digital transformation. By combining MYX’s innovation sourcing capabilities with Systech Digital’s systems integration and delivery expertise, we are better positioned to help clients move from idea to implementation in a more structured and scalable way.”

The agreement will take effect from 23 April 2026 for an initial term of two years, unless otherwise extended by mutual agreement or terminated in accordance with its terms. The collaboration does not have any material effect on the issued share capital, substantial shareholders’ shareholdings, net assets per share, gearing, or earnings per share of Systech for the financial year ending 31 March 2027.

Systech said the collaboration is aligned with its efforts to expand its digital solutions ecosystem, deepen enterprise engagement, and strengthen its position in high-value digital transformation and integration opportunities.
