At Summer Game Fest 2026, 2K and Hangar 13 officially unveiled the Man of Honor expansion for Mafia: The Old Country, scheduled to launch on 14 August 2026 for PlayStation®5 (PS5®), Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.

Experience Two New Chapters in Enzo’s Story
Set in Sicily during the winter of 1905, Enzo Favara has established himself as a trusted soldier within the Torrisi crime family following his initiation.
As Enzo’s reputation grows, the Don assigns him and Cesare to assist Ennio Salieri, a man of honor recently released from prison who is determined to reclaim his influence and settle unfinished business.
