Twinkle Twinkle Farm Tales Comes to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for the First Time
Fans of POP MART collectibles and the adorable Twinkle Twinkle character have something special to look forward to this August as Twinkle Twinkle Farm Tales Pop-Up officially arrives at Urban Node, The Exchange TRX, Kuala Lumpur.
Organised by POP MART, the 11-day pop-up runs from 13 to 23 August 2026 and marks the first Farm Tales Series pop-up in Southeast Asia. More importantly, it also gives Malaysian fans their first opportunity to meet Twinkle Twinkle in person.
The pop-up transforms Urban Node into a colourful farm-inspired world, bringing Twinkle Twinkle and its animal friends to life through themed decorations, collectibles and interactive experiences.
A Playful Farm Experience in the Heart of KL
Visitors entering the pop-up can expect a setting inspired by the Farm Tales Series, complete with farm scenes and animal-themed elements.
The design reflects Twinkle Twinkle’s recognisable appearance, including its rosy cheeks and distinctive star-shaped form. The overall experience is designed to feel more than just a retail space, allowing visitors to step into the imaginative world created around the character.
For collectors, there is also plenty to discover. The new Twinkle Twinkle Farm Tales Series will officially launch at the pop-up on 21 August 2026.
Meanwhile, selected pop-up-exclusive merchandise will already be available from 13 August, including T-shirts, plush bags, fridge magnets and other items. Fans should also keep an eye out for exclusive gifts with qualifying purchases, although these are available only while stocks last.
Twinkle Twinkle Meets Malaysian Fans for the First Time
One of the biggest highlights of the event will be Twinkle Twinkle’s first appearance in Malaysia.
POP MART Friend Twinkle Twinkle will meet fans on 20 and 21 August at Level 1 of The Exchange TRX, in front of Love, Bonito. Selected fans will have the opportunity to interact with the character and take photos during limited meet-and-greet sessions.
Fans can participate in a limited giveaway running from 13 to 15 August. To stand a chance of receiving a meet-and-greet ticket, visitors need to spend RM120 or more in a single receipt at the pop-up.
As the number of tickets and sessions is limited, fans are encouraged to follow POP MART Malaysia’s official social media channels for the latest schedule and participation details.
Meet Twinkle Twinkle’s Creator, Daxin
The experience becomes even more exciting with the arrival of Daxin, the illustrator and designer behind Twinkle Twinkle.
Created in 2020, Twinkle Twinkle has become recognisable for its rosy cheeks, star-shaped appearance and curious personality. The character represents a mixture of innocence, warmth, stubbornness and adorable clumsiness, while its stories explore themes such as courage, love and longing.
Daxin will meet Malaysian fans during special artist signing sessions on 22 and 23 August.
Fans who want to stand a chance of getting a signing ticket can spend RM99.60 on Twinkle Twinkle products in a single receipt at the pop-up between 13 and 21 August. Again, places are limited, with the full campaign mechanics and results to be announced through POP MART Malaysia’s official channels.
From Singapore to Kuala Lumpur
The Kuala Lumpur event is another chapter in Twinkle Twinkle’s growing journey across Southeast Asia.
The character previously established a presence in Singapore through Dreamstar Isle at the POP MART Resorts World Sentosa store. Now, its Farm Tales adventure continues in Kuala Lumpur with a new environment and new opportunities to connect with fans.
The concept also highlights the idea that everyone can have their own personality and strengths. Through its different characters and stories, Twinkle Twinkle encourages fans to embrace individuality while discovering connections with others.
And Kuala Lumpur will not be the final stop. Twinkle Twinkle is expected to continue travelling to different cities and countries, with each destination offering opportunities to create new stories inspired by local communities and cultures.
