Women Wellness Festival 2026 Returns Bigger with Two Days of Wellness, Connection and Growth this October
Women looking for a meaningful weekend of wellness, movement, learning and connection can look forward to the return of the Women Wellness Festival 2026, which is set to be bigger and more curated than ever.
Following two sold-out editions, the festival will take place over two full days on 3 and 4 October 2026, from 9am to 6pm, at Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown. The third edition is expected to bring together a community of around 2,000 people for an immersive celebration of wellbeing.
With more than 50 workshops, talks, panels and hands-on experiences spread across five zones and two floors, this year’s festival aims to give attendees more opportunities to connect, recharge and grow.
A Bigger and More Curated Wellness Experience
The Women Wellness Festival has evolved significantly since its first edition. This year, the organisers have focused on creating a more carefully curated programme, bringing together speakers, facilitators and instructors from Malaysia and across the region.
Rather than simply offering more activities, the festival aims to ensure that every session provides meaningful value to attendees.
The programme covers different aspects of modern wellbeing, including movement, mindfulness, mental wellness, personal growth and financial wellness. The introduction of financial wellness as a key focus also recognises the importance of helping women build confidence not only in their health, but also in their financial lives.
Attendees can expect everything from fitness and breathwork to Qigong, crystals, conversations about ageing and even rage workshops. There will also be opportunities to experience Wim Hof breathwork and other activities designed to encourage relaxation and self-discovery.
One of the highlights is ĀMANÏ’s Floating Reset, which will run across both festival days, offering participants a chance to slow down and enjoy a moment of calm amid the busy programme.
Inspiring Women Taking Centre Stage
The festival will officially launch on 3 October, with YB Hannah Yeoh returning to officiate for the second consecutive year.
She will be joined by an impressive group of women who have made their mark in different fields. The line-up includes squash legend Datuk Nicol David, 2X HYROX World Champion Hannah Prescott, Fitness Master Trainer Allisha Azlan, Asia’s Top Leader Dr. Jillian Yeoh, and Women’s Financial Advocate Rejina Rahim.
Their presence reflects the festival’s broader message that wellness can take many forms and that women can continue to grow, perform and thrive at every stage of life.
Wellness for Every Stage of Life
The Women Wellness Festival was founded by three friends, each bringing their own perspective and experience to the event.
For Diane Chia, Co-Founder and Executive Director of Millennia Village, wellness should not be limited to a particular age or stage of life. Instead, every stage offers an opportunity to discover a different form of vitality and wellbeing.
That philosophy is reflected throughout this year’s programme, which welcomes women at different points in their personal, professional and wellness journeys.
The festival is also open to men, making it an inclusive community experience for anyone interested in learning more about wellbeing and personal growth.
A New Home at Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur
This year also marks the first time the Women Wellness Festival will be held at Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown, its official venue partner.
The new location provides more space for the expanded programme while combining the comfort of a premium hotel environment with the community atmosphere that has become an important part of the festival.
Activities will take place across indoor and open-air spaces, including areas around the poolside. The five zones are designed to allow visitors to move naturally between learning, movement, connection and rest.
For Sarah Lian, Founder of Supparetreat, the sense of community remains one of the festival’s biggest strengths. The event aims to create a space where people can pause, have honest conversations and feel a genuine sense of belonging.
Affordable Access for More Women
Another highlight of the 2026 edition is its more accessible ticket pricing.
Festival Access starts from RM20 when purchased in advance, while tickets purchased at the door are RM30. Selected workshops and experiences are priced at RM38 each in advance or RM48 on the day.
The festival is supported by a network of partners including NOVV, Gentle Therapy, Ren Wellness, MINT Events, Muka Wellness, SECA, The Cranberry Institute and SAGES.
With two full days of activities, inspiring speakers and more than 50 wellness experiences, the Women Wellness Festival 2026 offers an opportunity to step away from the usual routine and spend time investing in yourself.
For anyone looking to connect with like-minded people, discover new wellness practices or simply take a little time to recharge, this year’s festival could be the perfect October weekend to do just that.
