Fair & Lovely, once again award RM200,000 worth of scholarships through the Fair & Lovely Scholarship.

The Scholarship programme aims to encourage women to pursue their dreams and enjoy a brighter future through education.

In its third year, the Fair & Lovely Scholarship has helped 80 young women since 2016 and now, the Fair & Lovely Scholarship is offering more than just scholarship for its recipients.

As part of Fair & Lovely Scholarship sustenance activities, Fair & Lovely will be facilitating the development of a virtual community for all Fair & Lovely recipients.





The recipients will be able to interact within the community and obtain latest updates from Unilever Malaysia on available opportunities, such as workshops on interview skills and career and leadership insights for women by Unilever Malaysia’s female executives.

This year, another 40 deserving young women will have the opportunity to win the Fair & Lovely Scholarship.

The scholarship is open to young women who are currently enrolled for diploma and degree studies in local public universities. Applicants should have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 and an active co-curriculum background. The final 40 women will be chosen from seven participating local public universities with the highest votes.

Last year, the Fair & Lovely Scholarship was well-received, with a 50% higher application rate and 12,044 applications from 23 public universities compared to 2016’s 8,000 applications.

The application process consists of applicants filling out an application through the Fair & Lovely official site – https://www.fairandlovely.com.my/biasiswa_2018/ from 1 st January until 31 st March 2018.

  1. Applicants to submit their application and an essay on how they can contribute to their community with what they have learnt from their universities. Video submission is optional but encouraged as it increases the chances of winning the scholarship.
  2. Applicants to vote for their university. 40 top students will be selected from 7 participating universities with the highest votes.
  3. Applicants can request for free samples upon application at the microsite.
