foodpanda Malaysia is extending its pandapro subscription benefits to Malaysian civil servants through an exclusive 20% discount under the Insentif RAHMAH pandapro Penjawat Awam 2026 initiative. The offer aims to help government employees save more on food delivery, groceries and other everyday essentials.
Announced in Putrajaya on 15 October 2026, the initiative is expected to benefit more than 1.3 million civil servants nationwide.
Get 12-Month pandapro for RM47.04
Eligible Malaysian civil servants can subscribe to a 12-month pandapro membership for just RM47.04, representing a saving of RM11.76 compared with the standard annual plan.
The promotional price works out to only RM3.92 per month, which is approximately 43% lower than the standard monthly subscription rate of RM6.90.
The offer is available for redemption from 14 October until 31 December 2026, giving eligible government employees time to take advantage of the special pricing.
The initiative was officially launched by Communications Minister YB Dato’ Seri Fahmi Fadzil during the Ministry of Communications’ monthly assembly in Putrajaya. Developed in collaboration with foodpanda, the programme also supports the Government’s Hybrid Working Policy, known as Dasar Hari Bekerja Hibrid (HBH).

- Bolt ride discounts: New customers can enjoy discounts of up to 70%, while existing customers can receive discounts of up to 40%.
