Free Fire x NARUTO SHIPPUDEN Returns with Chapter One: Nine Tails Strikes
Garena Free Fire is once again bringing players into the world of NARUTO SHIPPUDEN with the return of Chapter One: Nine Tails Strikes. This time, the popular collaboration comes with upgraded gameplay, new rewards, fan-requested content and the debut of Hinata Hyuga in Free Fire.
Running from September 16 until October 15, 2026, the collaboration gives both returning players and newcomers another opportunity to explore the Hidden Leaf Village while taking part in a series of Naruto-inspired challenges and activities.
The latest chapter also introduces a brand-new gameplay mechanic that allows players to temporarily control the powerful Nine Tails using a Sharingan-powered skill.

Nine Tails Returns with a New Twist
One of the biggest highlights of the collaboration is the return of Free Fire’s iconic Nine Tails Strikes Bermuda event.
As with the original version, Nine Tails can descend onto the battlefield by targeting the aircraft, arsenal or ground. This creates unexpected encounters during Battle Royale matches and adds another layer of excitement to the gameplay.
However, the updated event introduces something completely new.

Explore the Expanded Hidden Leaf Village
The Hidden Leaf Village is also getting an upgrade, with the addition of a new landmark: the Ninja Academy.
The academy is an important location in the NARUTO SHIPPUDEN universe, as it is where generations of ninjas began their journey. Players can explore its classrooms, visit the Chunin Written Exam Room, and discover Naruto Uzumaki’s iconic swing.
There is more than just nostalgia waiting at the swing, as interacting with it can reward players with additional buffs.

Players will be able to obtain the new Hinata Bundle, inspired by her iconic NARUTO SHIPPUDEN appearance.
The collaboration also features a hidden interaction within the event interface inspired by Hinata’s signature Twin Lion Fists technique and Byakugan, giving fans another detail to discover.

First-Ever Pick-One Grand Prize
Free Fire is also introducing its first-ever Pick-One Grand Prize as part of the event.
After completing missions, players can choose between two themed bundles: the returning Jiraiya Bundle or the brand-new Hinata Bundle.

Blue Bird will play during the parachuting phase, while the iconic NARUTO Main Theme will be used as the collaboration lobby music.

Malaysian fans will also have the opportunity to experience the collaboration outside the game.
Free Fire will have a dedicated booth at Anime Fest+ 2026, taking place at World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur on September 26 and 27, 2026.
Visitors can test their reflexes through two Naruto-themed games, Sage Mode Training and Chidori Strike, while also standing a chance to win exciting merchandise.
