Her artwork captures scenes such as carrying children upstairs, managing household chaos, and chasing toddlers—activities that may seem ordinary but require significant energy and endurance. In these illustrations, mothers are portrayed as athletes navigating their own demanding “courses” throughout the day.

This creative approach makes the invisible visible, helping audiences better appreciate the effort behind everyday parenting.

Turning Data into Awareness

Beyond art, the campaign leverages wearable technology to provide measurable insights into fatigue. Garmin devices track key health metrics such as Heart Rate Variability (HRV), stress levels, and sleep quality.

These data points are translated into the Body Battery score, a simple scale from 0 to 100 that reflects a person’s energy levels. This feature allows women to better understand how their bodies respond to daily stress and activity.

By quantifying energy and recovery, Garmin empowers women to make informed decisions about rest, helping them avoid burnout and maintain overall well-being.

Practical Ways to Manage Energy

Garmin also highlights five practical strategies to help women manage fatigue more effectively:

    Interrupted sleep is common among parents. Tools like Sleep Coach help users recognise patterns of poor rest and adjust their routines accordingly.
  2. Monitor Stress Levels

    Fluctuations in HRV can indicate fatigue, hormonal changes, or early signs of illness, allowing users to take proactive steps.
  4. Understand Dietary Impact
    Lifestyle tracking features help users see how caffeine or sugar affects their body, enabling smarter nutrition choices.
  5. Embrace Active Rest
    Just like athletes, mothers benefit from intentional rest, which is crucial for sustained performance and health.

A Community Experience for Women

To further celebrate women’s resilience, Garmin will host a special community event, “Women of Endurance – Here’s to Her,” on 24 May 2026 at PARC Subang.

This wellness-focused event is designed to bring together movement, education, and creativity in a supportive environment. Participants can choose from a variety of activities, including:

  • A beginner-friendly 2KM walk or run session
  • A kid-friendly Mat Pilates session for mothers and children
  • A process painting workshop led by Humankind
