KFC Delivery now presents a fully responsive website built on a mobile first approach for a better user experience targeting consumers who prefer to order online.

The website consolidates the KFC brand and KFC Delivery websites into one easy-to-navigate user interface across online delivery service and corporate brand information.

The enhanced KFC Delivery platform improves customer convenience by featuring a streamlined ordering process, order history function for quick repeat orders and a Google Maps API that allows for predictive search, among others.

Merrill Pereyra, CEO of QSR Brands Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd, the holding company of KFC Malaysia said that the consolidated website is in keeping with current trends where streamlined digital services and platforms are the best way to reach most consumers especially the young and tech-savvy who lead fast-paced lives.





In conjunction with the launch of the enhanced KFC Delivery Website, #KFCKakiUnite Campaign was also launched to recognise KFC fans, affectionately known as KFC Kaki for their ongoing support resulting in the eight most popular KFC menu items.

The campaign includes a contest with eight KFC Kaki characters, each representing a KFC favourite item: Finger Licker for KFC Finger Lickin’ Good food, Ori Geng for KFC Original Recipe Chicken, Spicy Kulit Cruncher for KFC Hot & Spicy Chicken, Abang Zinger for Zinger Burger, Mix Masher for Whipped Potato, Kak Slaw for Coleslaw, Cheezy Champion for Cheezy Wedges and Nuggets Nutter for KFC Nuggets.

The contest will run from 27 March to 21 May 2017 where customers are to vote for their favourite KFC Kaki characters to stand a chance to win daily cash prizes as well as three grand prizes of RM2,000 each, limited edition KFC merchandise, and a 6-month supply of the winning KFC menu item.

Meanwhile, the KFC Dukaki riders will be out and about at selected locations around Klang Valley to bring more Finger Lickin’ Goodness to fans up to April 16, 2017.

The riders who will be on Ducati motorcycles, represent the eight KFC Kaki characters. Fans are encouraged to come out and meet the KFC Dukaki riders for a chance to win limited edition merchandise.

  1. The worst delivery service in town… delivery always took more than one hour..and no compensation for long waiting time… lousy! Customer service support also lousy, only take note on feedbacks with no solutions provided, you call yourself a customer service?! I doubt what kind of services you’ve been providing.
