Global sports brand PUMA has launched their own e-commerce site to cater to the growing demands of the online shopping environment.
The e-commerce site, www.PUMA.com, is designed to achieve a better customer-buying-experience by launching features that complement in-store services.
Jerome Rouch, Senior Retail Head of PUMA Southeast Asia, mentioned that the e-commerce site is an exciting addition to the brand’s ever-growing business acumen as it looks to further expand its market reach in the region.
“The online site will function as the one-stop destination for all things PUMA as we aim to provide an interactive online shopping experience for our loyal customer base, allowing them to view and understand PUMA products better through descriptive details such as materials and product care.
Following the launch of our e-commerce site, we look forward to appealing to different customer segments by continuously seeking opportunities to introduce exciting concepts and offerings across our online and in-store environments”
PUMA E-Commerce Site Feature Exclusive Seasonal Key Products
The newly-launched e-commerce site will also feature some exclusive seasonal drops featuring key products from highly-anticipated collaborations and collections for fans of the brand.
Free shipping will be available for customers who make purchases above RM200. In addition, an introductory 10% discount off regular-priced items site-wide will be available for a limited period of time.
Aside from the online platform, PUMA is also moving at a rapid pace in the retail environment. Having introduced a number of special concept stores for different customer segments such as sportstyle, kids and golf in past year, the brand currently has a total of 19 stores across the country.
PUMA’s strong showing in the Malaysian market was further amplified with the opening of the biggest PUMA concept store in Southeast Asia at Suria KLCC last year.
Committed to providing customers with an immersive in-store experience at their retail outlets, PUMA has since established strong presence across prime locations such as Genting Sky Avenue, Mid Valley, One Utama, Pavilion and IOI City Mall over the past 2 years.
Stretching out its focus from the central region, PUMA has also taken huge steps in the northern and southern region, by setting up stores at prominent places in Malacca, Penang, Johor and Pahang.
PUMA has also expanded its retail footprint beyond peninsula Malaysia with the opening of The ‘Forever Faster 2’ concept store in IMAGO Shopping Mall followed by another outlet in Suria Sabah Shopping Mall.
