Samsung Galaxy A57 5G and A37 5G Prices Revised in Malaysia from September 2026
New Samsung Galaxy A Series Prices Take Effect
Samsung Malaysia has announced a revision to the recommended retail prices (RRP) of its Galaxy A57 5G and Galaxy A37 5G smartphones. The new prices will take effect from 7 September 2026, with selected storage and RAM configurations seeing adjustments.
According to Samsung, the price revision comes amid continued increases in global component costs, particularly for memory chips and RAM. These components play an important role in smartphones and other consumer electronics, and rising costs across the industry have made the adjustment necessary.
Samsung said it has made efforts to absorb the increased costs and minimise the impact on consumers. However, sustained pressure on component prices has led to the latest revision.
Galaxy A57 5G and A37 5G New Prices
Interestingly, not every configuration has become more expensive. Some variants will retain their existing RRP, while one Galaxy A57 5G configuration will actually become cheaper.

The biggest increase is seen on the Galaxy A57 5G 12GB + 512GB, which rises by RM200 to RM2,899. Meanwhile, the A37 5G 12GB + 256GB increases by RM200 to RM2,199.
On the other hand, the Galaxy A57 5G 8GB + 256GB receives a RM220 price reduction, dropping from RM2,319 to RM2,099.
Samsung Continues to Focus on Value
Despite the price changes, Samsung maintains that both smartphones continue to offer a strong overall experience, including improvements in performance, durability and AI-powered features, alongside long-term software and security support.
For Malaysian consumers considering a new mid-range Samsung smartphone, the revised prices make the different Galaxy A57 5G configurations particularly worth comparing before making a purchase.
The new RRPs will officially apply from 7 September 2026 onwards.
