• You will need to click on the “Redeem” button at the counter of the outlets
• Upon redemption at the counter, retail assistants / dealer will verify the code.

4. Dealers will register the e-warranty thru MCS system.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Samsung GALAXY Tab S Season of Gifting Promotion (“Promotion”) will run from 14th to 31st December 2014 (“Promotion Period”) while stocks last. Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”) shall reserve the right to shorten or extend the Promotion Period at its sole discretion without any prior notice.
2. This Promotion is open to residents of Malaysia, 18 years of age and above (as at Jan 2014).
3. All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to the purchase of the Galaxy Tab S are the sole responsibility of the consumers.
4. By participating in this promotion, each Consumer agrees to release and hold the Organiser and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Promotion or resulting from acceptance, possession or travel to or from any gift-related activity, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
5. By participating in this promotion, consumers fully and unconditionally agree to and accept the Terms and Conditions stated herein and decisions of the Organiser.
6. By entering, consumers agree to grant the Organiser and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, directors, officers, agents, independent contractors and advertising/promotion agencies the use of his/her name, details submitted through survey form at the respective outlet, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
