Hektar Asset Management Sdn Bhd, the Manager of Hektar Real Estate Investment Trust (“Hektar REIT”), recently organised a Hari Raya Aidilfitri community outreach programme at Rumah Titian Kaseh, Titiwangsa, bringing together Hektar REIT staff, children, caregivers, and residents in a meaningful celebration centred on compassion, togetherness, and the spirit of giving.
The initiative forms part of Hektar REIT’s ongoing corporate social responsibility efforts to support underserved communities while encouraging a culture of empathy and giving.
Laughter echoed throughout the home as children and residents embraced a day filled with joy, warmth, and celebration. From enjoying freshly made popcorn and cooling off with ice cream treats to being captivated by a cheerful clown who brought smiles and laughter with every performance, each moment was met with genuine excitement and delight.
The lively atmosphere encouraged interaction, play, and shared experiences, creating a sense of togetherness that extended beyond the activities themselves. These simple yet heartfelt moments brought lightness and happiness to everyone present, turning the gathering into a vibrant and truly memorable occasion.
Hari Raya packets were also distributed to the children, allowing them to share in the joy of the festive season and creating lasting memories. The visit concluded with a warm communal meal, where Hektar REIT staff shared food and laughter with the children and residents, creating simple yet meaningful moments filled with care, comfort, and togetherness.
In addition, Hektar REIT contributed RM2,000 in donations to Rumah Titian Kaseh to support the purchase of new bedding and essential daily necessities, aimed at enhancing the comfort, well-being, and living conditions of the residents.
