Nova Esports and Team Secret have clinched their tickets to the 2024 Honor of Kings Championship in Jakarta.
Where they will face off opponents Black Shrew Esports, FUT Esports, Team Falcons, Alpha 7 Esports, Influence Rage, Impunity Esports, Team 123, Team Vitality, Fearless Esports HK, Boom Esports and Blacklist International for a lion’s share of the USD 1,000,000 (RM 4,245,180) prize pool!
During the local online qualifiers, Nova Esports showcased overwhelming strength, and faltered only once in their matchup against Team Secret. The latter went through an intense lower bracket final against WBG.SEM9 to secure the final spot, with a 3-2 victory.
Both teams will meet each other once again during the 2024 HOK Championship Group Stage, from 12 – 17 October. The key dates for the tournament are as follows:
- Group Stage: 12 – 17 October
- Knockout Phase 1: 18 – 20 October
- Knockout Phase 2: 25 – 26 October
- Grand Finals: 27 October
