OCR Group Berhad Launches RM344 Million D’Templer Hilltop Residences

OCR Group Berhad (“OCR” or the “Group”), an integrated real estate company specialising in property development and project management, hosted the Grand Launch of D’Templer Hilltop Residences (“D’Templer”) on Saturday, 27 June 2026, from 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. at the D’Templer Show Unit in Templer, Rawang.

The Grand Launch, themed “Alice in Wonderland: A Magical Day at D’Templer”, was a family-friendly showcase that brought together homebuyers, families and the surrounding community to experience the lifestyle concept behind D’Templer. The event reflected OCR’s vision of positioning D’Templer not merely as a residential development, but as a thoughtfully planned address that combines comfort, community and everyday liveability.

With a total potential gross development value (“GDV”) of RM344 million, D’Templer represents one of OCR’s key landed residential developments and is expected to contribute meaningfully to the Group’s development pipeline over the coming years. As sales and construction progress, the project is expected to support OCR’s future revenue recognition and strengthen the Group’s earnings visibility within the Upper mid-market residential segment.

D’Templer Hilltop Residences is located in Templer, Rawang, and caters to homebuyers seeking a well-planned landed living environment away 30KM from KL City, while remaining connected to key amenities and growth corridors. The development is designed to appeal to families and upgraders who value space, accessibility and a more nature-oriented residential setting.

The development is also positioned within a corridor that may benefit from longer-term infrastructure enhancements, including OCR’s initiative to facilitate a dedicated U-turn access road, as well as the proposed Kuala Lumpur Northern Dispersal Expressway (“KL Node”).

If implemented, KL Node is expected to improve connectivity between the northern and eastern corridors of the Klang Valley, further strengthening D’Templer’s appeal as an emerging residential growth location.

Further, under the 13th Malaysia Plan, RM74.5 million have been approved for the upgrade of Jalan Kuala Lumpur – Rawang which is currently in its design and land acquisition phase, to widen the road to 3 lanes on each side for a stretch of 1.4KM from Selayang Hot Spring to Taman Rimba Templer, further smoothening traffic flow.

The project also reinforces OCR’s strategy of focusing on market-driven developments that respond to real homebuyer demand. Against a property market where buyers are increasingly selective, D’Templer offers the Group an opportunity to tap into demand for landed homes with practical layouts, lifestyle value and community appeal.

The Grand Launch featured a series of family-centric activities, including a mini petting zoo, a Mad Hatter magician performance, costume and DIY mask workshops, Wonderland-themed games, Queen of Hearts activity, shooting challenges and giant chess games. Visitors also participated in a lucky draw featuring PETRONAS petrol gift cards worth RM1,600.

In conjunction with the Grand Launch, OCR Templer Sdn. Bhd.  also entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (“Huawei Malaysia”) to explore collaborative marketing activities for the OCR D’Templer Huawei Smart Sustainable Living Campaign. The collaboration is intended to support joint brand visibility, market engagement and potential integrated digital power solutions for D’Templer property owners, reinforcing OCR’s efforts to enhance the development’s lifestyle and sustainability proposition.
