Les’ Copaque Production is surprised with a “Gold Play Button” from YouTube to celebrate the success of the company’s channel in the video-sharing platform when it garnered 1 million subscribers.
This comes as a surprise because earlier on the same day, the company has just received the “Silver Play Button” for having 100, 000 subscribers. These awards are considered to be a new benchmark for Les’ Copaque, who had just celebrated the 10th anniversary of its establishment.

With 1 million subscribers, this automatically makes Les’ Copaque the “Most Subscribed YouTube Channel” in Malaysia.
Besides that, one of the videos uploaded in said channel entitled “New Toys” has won the Most Popular Video award under the Malaysian category of Web TV Asia Awards which was held in Seoul, Korea recently. The video garnered over 27 million views since the day it was uploaded on the channel.
The award ceremony can be viewed in the “Top 16: Les’ Copaque Highlight Moments of 2016” video, which was uploaded on 13th January 2017.
Les’ Copaque Production’s YouTube channel was created in 2009, with the intention to share the latest developments of the company to the fans.
Les’ Copaque has been a partner of YouTube since 2012, and became more active with new productions including the animated short DaDuDiDo which was screened exclusively on YouTube.
Currently, Les’ Copaque is aiming for the “Diamond Play Button”, which requires a channel to have 10 million subcsribers. With cooperation from fans of the company’s products like Upin & Ipin, Pada Zaman Dahulu, Puteri, and DaDuDiDo among others, it is not impossible that one day, it will be achieved.
